The Old Outhouse
Previously an old toilet and coal shed this out house was unused and unwanted.
After a full inspection from Jon and discussions with the owner, it was demolished, the walls were made good and re-rendered.
Now a very functional and tidy looking space!
Rotten Window
A rotten window that could not be repaired was removed entirely.
A new window was made in our workshop, painted and fitted.
The end product was in keeping with the rest of the property.
The Boundary Wall
The boundary wall on a manor house started to become unsafe and crumble.
The wall was in a conservation area and on a ‘listed’ property which meant the new wall had to meet strict criteria from English Heritage as well as satisfy the customer.
Bathroom Remodel
This bathroom was completed as part of a bigger project to modernise an old home.
The final bathroom is clean, smart and a great use of space.
The suite was selected by the customer and the the job was finished in 6 days.
